About Personal Dashboard
Personal Dashboard is a web-based tool that allows you to manage e-mail messages quarantined by your
Anti-Spam utility. You can use Personal Dashboard with most web browsers and an Internet connection to your account.

How it works
It keeps, or quarantines, messages identified as spam. By clicking on the Personal Dashboard link, you can view your quarantined messages. If you see any messages that were accidentally classified as junk mail, you can approve them, thus sending them to your regular e-mail account. (Note: Messages are automatically deleted after 35 days.)
It sends a Personal Dashboard Summary, which lists the messages quarantined by your Anti-spam utility. From the summary, you can view the quarantined messages and have them delivered to your regular e-mail account if you want.
(Note: By default Personal Dashboard will not send you a Summary unless you go into the Settings Tab and approve it.) You can determine how frequently you want to receive the Personal Dashboard Summary by setting the frequency to Daily, Weekly, Weekdays, or Never.
To Start Using Personal Dashboard
If you receive Personal Dashboard Summaries you will be able to Login using the Login Link. If you do not receive summaries you can login directly to Personal Dashboard by going to https://cheqnet.redcondor.net/console and login with your email address and email password. If you need help with the features within the Personal Dashboard, a “help” link is provided after you log in. The default in the Personal Dashboard is to show you the quarantined messages for the current and previous day, but this may be adjusted by using the “Time Range” Slider Bar and sliding the bar to see additional days.
Once you have created an account in Personal Dashboard you will receive a Welcome Message e-mail in your inbox. This e-mail contains important information you will need to access your junk mail on Personal Dashboard. From the Welcome Message, you can easily open the Personal Dashboard by clinking on the Login Link.
To End a Personal Dashboard Session
Click Logout and the session will be terminated and you will be returned to the Personal Dashboard login page.
